About Me

PROFESSIONAL RUNNING COACHING

Coming from a background in competitive team sports, I have always enjoyed the challenge of becoming a fitter athlete than my competitors. As a Sport Scientist, I understand the depth of planning required to get each individual to perform, in whichever discipline they choose.

To provide the best support for my athletes, I am continuously learning to provide the most up-to-date training methods and tips. Next Percent Training programs support all abilities, from start-to-run through to competitive marathon and ultra-marathon athletes.

My philosophy of coaching is one that puts the athletes’ goals and needs first. This requires clear communication lines between athlete and coach, which is why I choose to use Training Peaks as my training support tool. I’ve been fortunate enough to run 2 of the 6 major marathons. I’ve achieved my goal of running a sub 3 hour, so my goal is to now improve on this time! I aim to also improve my ultra trail running to explore the beautiful landscapes around the world.
