PROFESSIONAL RUNNING COACHING


With years of experience coaching athletes from all backgrounds, I know how to get your training on track and help you reach your running goals. As a Sport Scientist, I understand the careful planning it takes for each individual to excel – not just in running itself, but in balancing training with the demands of everyday life.
I stay up to date with the latest training methods, ensuring my athletes receive the most effective, evidence-based guidance. Next Percent Training programs cater to every level – from first-time runners to competitive marathoners and ultra-marathoners – with countless athletes achieving personal bests. Some have reached major milestones such as qualifying for the Boston Marathon, while others have conquered epic challenges like the UTMB 100 miler.
I’ve personally completed four of the six World Marathon Majors – with Tokyo and New York still on my list – and I’m a sub-3-hour marathoner and experienced ultra-trail runner with multiple podium finishes.
