About Me

PROFESSIONAL RUNNING COACHING

With a background in competitive team sports, I have always relished the challenge of becoming a fitter athlete than my competitors. As a Sport Scientist, I understand the intricate planning required to help each individual excel in their chosen discipline.

To provide top-notch support for my athletes, I continuously update my knowledge with the latest training methods and tips. Next Percent Training programs cater to all abilities, from beginners to competitive marathon and ultra-marathon runners.

I’ve had the privilege of running two of the six major marathons, achieving my goal of a sub-3-hour finish. Now, I aim to improve this time and enhance my ultra trail running skills to explore stunning landscapes worldwide.
